The workshop covers situational awareness to avoid becoming a victim of crime on the street or elsewhere, and what one can do to escape or fend off serious injury/assault using simple techniques.  The instructor will demonstrate the techniques and ask for volunteers from the audience to help demo or try out techniques if they want to.

The instructor is Gail Boxrud, Director/Instructor for Krav Maga Minneapolis, 21 years experience.
