walking club

Join the East Bde Maka Ska Walking Club! The goal of these weekly walks is to build community, clean up litter, and send a signal that our residents are working together to take care of the neighborhood. Any volunteers will receive a free Community Safety Shirt and knit cap. The group meets at 8:05 am at Curioso Coffee every Saturday (check the Events Calendar for any schedule changes).

Home & car Security Subsidies

East Bde Maka Ska Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) funds will reimburse residential property owners (owner-occupied or rented) up to $250 (home) or $100 (car) for security upgrades. For multi-unit residential properties with four or more units, the maximum subsidy is $1,000.
