  7 of the 13 positions on the East Bde Maka Ska Board (plus two alternates) are open for election at the Annual Meeting. This is your chance to help engage our neighbors, improve our community and collaborate with wider city efforts.

  • If there are more candidates than open seats, the election will be electronic.

New Board Members Needed
Submit your name for nomination either in advance of or at the Annual Meeting. A Board term is two years long. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and live in East Bde Maka Ska. All eligible candidates are welcome!

Responsibilities include attendance at monthly board meetings (first Thursday at 7:00 p.m.), participation in at least one committee, and oversight and fiduciary duties. Your neighborhood plays an important role in sustaining a healthy, vibrant community.
