Uptown Movie Club launches on June 17th with the first event in collaboration with the Lagoon Cinema!

They'll be working with TPT to screen the documentary The Baldies about the antiracist group that drove Neo-Nazis out of Uptown in the 80's.

5-6:30PM: Optional, but highly encouraged, pre-movie social at Mari's Watch Bar (FREE DRINK w/ticket purchase!), this is about building community, right??

7-9:30PM: Remarks, watch the film and Q&A/discussion directly afterwards

Director & Producer David Roth + special guest will be in attendance!
