Agenda:

1) Action Item: Outdoor sidewalk cafe request for a new Ice Cream Shop at 3146 Hennepin Ave. S. The owner will present information about her request at the meeting. We will vote to send a recommendation on whether to support this request to the full ECCO Board. 
 

2) Information Item: The under construction house at 3201 Hennepin Ave. (In CARAG) changed its variance request with the city from four variances to three. The house is being switched from a residential use to a commercial use. Variances are needed to increase the parking lot to satisfy commercial zoning requirements. 

3) Open Public Forum: Let us know what is going on in the neighborhood.
