Change to the agenda: The developers of 1721 West Lake (the proposed development on the SE corner of Lake St and Knox Ave) will NOT be presenting at this meeting. The developer is considering changes to the project so they plan to present their revised plans at next month's meeting.

• Lucia's Restaurant, 1432 W 31st, would like to establish 15 minute loading zone (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily) for four meters on W 31st St
• Update on Graves' project on W 31st and Holmes
• Crossing safety at 31st and Holmes

The Livability Committee reviews current zoning proposals in the neighborhood and addresses safety, traffic and parking concerns.
